These alloys can significantly extend the lifespan of very expensive materials and frequently replaced components that have been used in harsh environments such as blast furnaces, boilers, incinerators, and fluidized beds, leading to continuous stable operations, reduced opportunity costs from long hours of operation, and decreased maintenance costs.
